vegetarian crock pot recipe round-up!

this time of year, my crock pot is in full action. i use it a couple of times a week, for chili or soup or even for a hot breakfast! here are some delicious and healthy vegetarian crock pot recipes ranging from breakfast, soup to entree. YUM!

    These all look so wonderful! I’m always looking for ways to eat less meat, but am not very good at coming up with meatless recipes, so these are great.

    You are so right! It is definitely time to pull out that crock pot. I live in southwest Arizona so it’s cooler out but not like in places that get all four season. I still like cockpot recipes even now. Weather wise they will warm us up fom the slightest but of cold we get in the winter months. Thanks for sharing with us on Mommy Monday! xoxo

    Indian chole might be the first one I try. My family is from India and I have yet to make this myself, but it reminds me of my mom’s wonderful cooking. To get it done in the slow cooker would be ideal! Pinning this! Visiting from Mommy Monday Blog Hop!
